As COVID-19 continues to spread globally and is raising increasing concern, we want to assure you that CHDR has been closely following the situation and is making every effort to limit the potential risks it could have on our volunteers, employees, clients and our business.
In February, we formed a Crisis Management ‘Corona’ Team that meets daily to assess and discuss the recent developments, assesses the impact on our facilities, staff and sponsors, prepares for and implements suitable measures, and informs and guides involved parties accordingly.
From the outset, our primary focus has been to ensure the health and safety of the volunteers and patients who participate in our studies, our employees, and our clients. We have therefore implemented preventive measures in line with the Dutch National Centre for Disease Control (RIVM) and government guidelines. These guidelines and additional up-to-date information can be found on the website of the RIVM.
Additionally, we are doing our utmost to minimize the negative impact this pandemic has on ongoing and planned projects. We recognize these are challenging times, which require great flexibility, creativity and resilience from all of us, and want to emphasize that our employees and management are there to support you where they can and can be reached at all times. While we will most certainly not have all of the answers, we will do everything in our power to address your concerns.
The coming period we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will follow the advice provided by the RIVM. Should you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We wish you continued strength, in your work and otherwise, and good health to you and your loved ones. Together we can do our part in the battle against COVID-19.
Stay safe,
