We are excited to announce that CHDR has officially opened a clinical research unit within the building of the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). This also marks a memorable moment for the Leiden BioScience Park community, showing the strength of the eco-system in which CHDR and LUMC play a vital role and further join forces.
This expansion will allow CHDR to conduct an even greater number of clinical trials with patients and will facilitate a seamless integration between patient care and research. We believe that this will further contribute to CHDR’s ability to add value for the patients participating in our trials, as well as for our clients.
We look forward to a future in which early-phase drug development will transcend the traditional division between healthy and patient volunteers in drug research.
