Keyhole limpet haemocyanin (KLH) immunization is a clinical model for the evaluation of human antibody responses. The current study evaluated the anti-KLH antibody response after KLH immunization and the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) response following intradermal KLH administration, using objective imaging techniques.
